We are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the London Healthy Workplace Accreditation!

The London Healthy Workplace Award is a framework that supports and recognises investment in employee health and wellbeing. It complements the Mayor’s Good Work Standard which is designed with fair employment practices and better workplaces in mind. 

By gaining this Award, we are one of the 300 organisations that have met the standards to date. Winning this award highlights that our focus on worker health and wellbeing is clear, and at the forefront of our business. The physical, as well as mental wellbeing of our employees and subcontractors matter to us and our engagement with Mates in Mind highlights just this.  We were also commended for the flexible working hours we offer at the start of employment to ensure the utmost wellbeing of our employees. We believe that well rested and happy employees will do better work, for us, and for themselves. 

Our senior management team is also trained in mental health to be able to further support our employees should the need arise. 

A comprehensive approach to health and safety is also paramount to us and was recognised by this Award. We are really pleased to have been accredited this Award and will continue to work towards making life for our employees even better at the workplace
