WHICH?
Being part of the Which? Trusted Traders program means we have undergone a thorough assessment by Which? This includes a detailed background check, customer reference checks, and an interview process. Members of the program are required to adhere to a code of conduct that emphasizes professionalism, fair business practices, and high-quality service. This code helps ensure that customers receive a consistent and reliable standard of service. Which? Trusted Traders offers a dispute resolution service to help resolve any issues between the consumer and the trader. This provides an additional layer of protection for customers. In 2021 we won Which? Trusted Trader of the Month 2021! for our outstanding work within the community.
The considerate construction scheme refers to a set of principles and practices aimed at minimising the negative impacts of construction projects on the environment, local communities, and stakeholders. We must follow a strict Code of Practice.
